President, EMEA
Bruce Owen was appointed President, EMEA in December 2024 and also leads Equinix’s business in the United Kingdom as Interim Managing Director. He joined Equinix in 2010 and has held multiple leadership positions in both EMEA and the US over his tenure.
Bruce’s experience ranges from Managing Director in the UK, Corporate Development, Finance, Chief of Staff to the CEO, and prior to his position as Managing Director, UK, being responsible for the strategy and execution of Equinix’s global Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIB), Wellbeing and Community Impact efforts.
He also serves as the President of the Equinix Foundation, which partners with organisations to advance digital inclusion, from providing access to technology and connectivity to developing the skills required for careers in technology.

Senior Vice President of Sales, EMEA
Johan Arts joined Equinix as Senior Vice President of Sales, EMEA, in 2019. In this role, he is responsible for leading sales strategy and growth for Equinix across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Before joining Equinix, Johan spent 12 years at IBM, where he was Worldwide Vice President of Sales for the cybersecurity division, focused on transforming the go-to-market and channel strategies. He previously was responsible for the security team’s worldwide channel business and the European software business. Johan has a deep history selling enterprise technology across Europe, Asia-Pacific and North America for companies including MRO Software and QAD.
Johan has a business degree from Nyenrode Business University in the Netherlands.

Managing Director, Sweden and Finland
Regina Donato Dahlström joined Equinix in January 2024 and leads Equinix's business in Sweden. Her focus is to be a key voice for the digital infrastructure industry in Sweden, working closely with existing and potential customers to support Equinix and Sweden's growth, digitization, and global connectivity strategies in the highly competitive and innovative country.
Regina has over twenty years of experience in telecoms and digital infrastructure. She joined Equinix from GlobalConnect, where she was country manager for Sweden and Finland. Prior to that, Regina held several senior positions in Telia, Skanova and Arelion. She is also Chairman of the Board of the Swedish satellite company, Ovzon.

Managing Director, South Africa
Sandile Dube joined Equinix in November 2023 and is Managing Director for South Africa. In his role, Sandile is responsible for leading Equinix’s South African entry strategy, working closely with existing global customers and new local South African businesses and organisations to support their ambitions and leverage the huge growth and connectivity potential on the African continent.
Before joining Equinix, Sandile was the Managing Director of Hewlett Packard Enterprises (HPE) South Africa where he drove remarkable success in a challenging economic market. Prior to his most recent role at HPE, Sandile was the Country Manager for Sales and Channel after a successful tenure as a Sales Executive at Britehouse, a division of Dimension Data.
Sandile also served in the board of directors during his tenure at HPE South Africa. He brings a wealth of expertise to EQUINIX, accumulated over two decades in the ICT market.
Sandile holds executive certifications from renowned institutions including IE Business School in Madrid and Stellenbosch Business School in Belville, northern Cape Town.

Managing Director, The Netherlands
Michiel Eielts joined Equinix in 2009 and is Managing Director of the Benelux Business which includes data centres in Amsterdam, Enschede and Zwolle as well as the Dutch Managed Services Business. He has more than 20 years’ experience in the Dutch IT and telecom industry.
Before joining Equinix, Michiel worked at Nedstat, a European web performance and monitoring organisation, where he was Vice President of Business Development. He was also responsible for the development and management of business alliances across Europe.
Earlier in his career, Michiel held various commercial and managerial roles at KPN, after which he moved on to Telfort to take a seat on the Board of Directors. He also worked as Managing Director at BSC (a subsidiary of Essent).
Michiel studied Artificial Intelligence at Utrecht University and did an MBA at Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Managing Director, Germany
Jens-Peter (JP) Feidner is the Managing Director of the Equinix business in Germany. JP joined Equinix in 2014 as Finance Director for the German market and, in 2017, he took the role of Senior Director, Corporate Development EMEA. JP took the lead in the long-term planning and expansion of our EMEA metros, before becoming Managing Director in 2019. He joined Equinix from Bosch Automotive Service Solutions as their Finance Lead for EMEA, and before this role worked at SPX Flow, where he held management positions in Finance in Europe over the span of eight years. JP’s career began at Ernst & Young in Frankfurt, Germany, where he spent nearly five years as a Senior Auditor in the Audit division.
JP studied Finance and Taxation at the University of Applied Sciences in Edenkoben, Germany.

Vice President, Growth and Emerging Markets
Judith Gardiner joined Equinix in 2013 as Director of Sales Strategy and Operations for EMEA. Before this role, she served as Chief of Staff for EMEA leading multiple high impact projects in the region, including acquisitions and integration programmes before becoming Vice President of EMEA’s Growth and Emerging Markets in 2019.
Judith joined Equinix from Polycom, where she held management positions in Finance and Sales Operations in Europe over the span of 10 years. Before this role, Judith worked at Peoplesoft (now Oracle) in the Netherlands. Judith’s career began at Deloitte in Ireland, where she spent five years in the Audit division.
Judith qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.

Managing Director, Bulgaria
Zdravko Nikolov Joined Equinix in January 2016 as Managing Director for Bulgaria. He had previously held the role of Managing Director for TelecityGroup in Bulgaria.
Zdravko has over 15 years’ Senior Management experience in Sales, Business Development and Engineering. Earlier in his career, Zdravko was CEO of 3DC, which was acquired by TelecityGroup in 2013, and he spent eight years at Cisco in both engineering and business development roles.
Zdravko holds a master’s degree in Software Development from Sofia Technical University.

Managing Director, Ireland
Peter Lantry leads Equinix’s business in Ireland, working closely with customers to support their growth and business targets while also driving environmental and community engagement initiatives crucial to the sustainable goals of both Ireland and Equinix.
Peter has two decades of experience in senior managerial and director roles in large enterprises spanning the technology and Irish energy sectors. Most recently Peter was Country Managing Director and Global Data Center Lead for Hitachi Energy where he was focused on developing sustainable energy solutions for the industry.
Prior to Hitachi Energy, Peter was Head of Interconnection at EirGrid where he ran the High Voltage Direct Current interconnection business, operating the award-winning East West Interconnector, which connects the Irish and British electricity markets, providing power to 350,000 homes, and was the largest capital project within the company’s capital programme at the time. Earlier in his career he was a management consultant at IBM and PriceWaterhouseCoopers where he advised his clients on technology related matters.
Peter holds multiple degrees from University College Dublin including Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, a Masters in Management Science, and an MBA in Business/Commerce.

Managing Director, Poland
Sylwia Pyśkiewicz joined Equinix in 2022 as Managing Director for Poland. In her role, she is responsible for the Polish business which is primed for growth, as the country is now the third fastest growing economy in the European Union, having doubled in size over the last 15 years. She is also responsible for running and growing the Equinix Internet Exchange in Warsaw (formerly PLIX) which is the largest commercial internet exchange in Poland in internet traffic volume.
Before joining Equinix, Sylwia managed a Central Eastern European cluster of 12 countries at Iron Mountain where she managed 3,000 customers from all sectors of the market offering them digital business solutions such as artificial intelligence, process management systems and digitization of the paper documents.
Sylwia has more than 20 years’ experience across a global senior management career that has seen her lead in a diverse range of sectors at first working across Europe for two of the largest retailers: B&Q and Tesco and then for international businesses from the healthcare industry including Pelion and Medicover. She is recognized as a top business transformation leader in Poland, founding Payback, one of the largest loyalty programs in Europe gaining 7M Polish consumers and partners – one of the largest merchants on the market – before it was acquired by American Express in a multimillion-dollar deal in 2011.
Sylwia holds an MBA in Management from the University of Cambridge.

Managing Director, Portugal
Carlos Paulino is Managing Director for Portugal and joined Equinix in 2017 following the acquisition of the Itconic data centre business. Carlos joined Itconic in 2000, during which time he was heavily involved in the firm’s business development, led several functions and became a member of the board in 2010. Through his stewardship, the Portugal facility is one of the best-interconnected data centres on the West Coast of Europe.
Carlos has over 25 years’ experience in the telecoms and technology sector. He held leadership roles in the telecoms firm Maxitel in both Product Development, where he introduced cutting edge products to the market and in Customer Services, where he led the Customer Support Centre to achieve top scores and industry recognition. Earlier in his career, Carlos was CTO of Madem, a Telecoms startup that delivered voice and data services to Madeira.
Carlos holds an MBA from IESE/AESE Business School, a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Lisbon Institute of engineering, a BS in Information management and a PhD in IT management from NOVA University, Lisbon.

Managing Director, Spain
Eulàlia Flò joined Equinix in March 2023 and is Managing Director for Spain.
Eulàlia leverages her entrepreneurial style and wide-ranging technical background to help customers accelerate their IT modernization strategies and achieve their digital transformation goals.
Her experience includes positively impacting corporate performance through effective team development and developing go-to-market and revenue management strategies across IT environments.
Before joining Equinix, Eulàlia was Country Manager for Spain and Portugal at Commvault. There, she led the growth of the business in Iberia, building high-performance teams and developing partnerships between customers and the wider business ecosystem.
Earlier in her career, Eulàlia was Data Center BU Director for Spain & Portugal at Dell, and Sales Director for Spain at Symantec.
Eulàlia studied for a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the Universidad de Barcelona.

Managing Director, Italy and Switzerland
Roger Semprini joined Equinix in 2016 as Managing Director for Switzerland. Roger came to Equinix from Swisscom, where he was Senior Vice President for Strategic Accounts, Senior Vice President for Sales & Marketing and a member of the Executive Board of Swisscom IT Services AG.
Before joining Swisscom, he worked for Fujitsu as Senior Vice President and a senior member of the management board, leading the Alps (Austria/Switzerland) and the Eastern European region, heading 17 national subsidiaries and leading more than 1,400 employees. In parallel, he was president of the Supervisory Board of Fujitsu Technology Solutions AG in Switzerland, which he set up and headed as CEO/Managing Director from 1999 to 2008.
Roger has more than 20 years’ experience in development and management within local and international ICT organisations, including IT & Business Process Outsourcing (ITO & BPO) and played an integral role in Switzerland’s ICT industry.
Roger graduated from Zurich Business School in 1984 and has an M-MBA from MIT Sloan in Boston.

Managing Director, Turkey
Aslihan Güreşcier joined Equinix in 2019 as Managing Director for Turkey. Aslihan has more than 20 years’ experience in the Data Centre industry, including three years at Zenium Data Centres, where she was the Country Manager for Turkey.
Most recently, Aslihan worked as a freelance cloud and data centre consultant for various firms, including Tradefive, the exclusive partner of Alibaba Cloud in Turkey, to establish a local cloud presence.
Prior to Zenium, Aslihan was with the Systems Integration, data centre and technology solutions firm, KoçSistem, where she progressed to Sales Group Manager for more than 20 years with the company.
Aslihan graduated from Bosphorus University with a BA in Foreign Languages in 1995 and an MA in Business Administration from Marmara University in 1999.

Managing Director, Middle East & North Africa
Kamel Tawil joined Equinix in September 2020 as Managing Director MENA (Middle East and North Africa). In this role, he is responsible for developing our growth strategy in the MENA markets, working closely with our customers and partners to deliver world-class digital infrastructure solutions, and building a network-dense ecosystem.
Before joining Equinix, Kamel spent 18 years at Oracle in various leadership roles across EMEA (East-Central Europe, Middle East, and Africa). In his most recent role, he was the Vice president for Business Applications, where he led major digital transformation projects for some of Oracle’s largest customers. Prior to Oracle, Kamel held leadership roles with EMC and NCR in the Middle East.
Kamel is a native of Lebanon and currently residing in Dubai. He graduated from the Lebanese American University with a degree in Business Management and Computer Science. He also attended leadership courses at the University of Michigan Ross Business School and IESE University in Barcelona.

Senior Director, Business Development EMEA
Brenden leads Business Development for EMEA. He joined Equinix in 2015 as the Senior Principal Solution Architect for the region, working on strategy and digital transformation for some of Equinix’s largest customers in the network and enterprise segments. Following that, he became Director of Interconnection, building a team that worked to accelerate Equinix’s digital offerings and services with a focus on ecosystem providers. During this time, Brenden and his team grew several of Equinix’s most successful services on Platform Equinix®.
Brenden assumed his current role in September 2021, responsible for identifying, developing, and growing Equinix’s most important ecosystems, including Network/Telecom, Content/Media, Financial Services, Capital Markets, Automotive, and Healthcare.
In addition to his work leading Business Development, Brenden is active and interested in ESG. He is a keen supporter and driver of programs accelerating Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (DIB). He also plays a leadership role in sustainability with his team members.

Wole Abu joined Equinix in November 2024 and leads Equinix’s business in West Africa (Nigeria, Ghana, and Côte d’Ivoire). He works closely with existing and potential customers to support Equinix West Africa’s continued focus on digital transformation with an already established track record as a preferred provider.
Wole joined Equinix from Liquid Intelligent Technologies, where he held the position of CEO for Nigeria and Africa Data Centre (ADC) in Nigeria. He will work closely with our existing and potential customers to support Equinix West Africa’s continued focus on digital transformation, with an already established track record as a preferred provider.
Wole has over 20 years of experience in the Nigerian Telecoms Industry, where he has held positions of increasing responsibility in functional areas including HR, Engineering, Operations, Finance & Legal, Sales & Marketing.
Wole holds an Engineering Degree and an MBA from the Lagos Business School.
